摘要 本文采用XRD、压汞仪和力学性能测试等方法研究了低热水泥中石膏的品种和数量对强度、膨胀的影响机理,并分析了石膏掺量对水泥石孔结构的作用,结果表明:适宜的石膏品种和掺量可使水泥在强度满足要求的前提下,于规定的龄期内达到设计的膨胀值,并且可使水泥石孔隙减小、孔分布合理、结构致密。 This paper studied the mechanism about varieties and quantities of gypsum affected to strength and expansion in low thermal cement.X-Ray diffraction(XRD),autoscan porosimeter and mechanical property test were used.Effects of gypsum quantities to pore structure were also discussed.The results indicate that in stipulated time,suitable variety and quantities of gypsum may give cement essential expansion value,under the prerequisite of satisfaction with certain cement strength,and also provided cement stone a small amount of pore,reasonable pore distribution and dense structure.
