本文在分析煤炭企业销售管理工作中存在问题基础上，运用科学的预测与决策方法，建立了煤炭企业产品销售预测与决策系统。该系统已在煤矿销售管理工作中应用，应用结果表明，成果对加强企业销售管理工作的科学性，提高企业经济效益具有重要作用。

On the basis of analyzing the existing problems of products sales management of coal enterprise this article establishes a prediction and decision system.The system has been used in the coal mine management practice.The practice results show that the system is of great importance to strengthening the scientific sales management and increasing the economic benefit of coal enterprise.
