一种改性刚果红染料偏光膜的制备及偏光性

摘要 刚果红用亚硝酸钠重氮化后与对甲氧基苯胺偶合得到一种三偶氮染料GGHC-1,它与PVAL混和后用流延法成膜,经干燥制得偶氮染料偏光材料。GGHC-1-PVAL膜在其最大吸收波长处所对应的偏光度为90.83%。与刚果红染料膜相比,GGHC-1-PVAL膜在最大吸收波长处的偏光度增加20%;具有偏光性的波长范围变宽,偏光度>40%的波长范围增加约45nm。用紫外可见分光光度计对偏光膜的不同拉伸长度、不同掺杂比例的偏光性测试表明,当GGHC-1-PVAL膜的拉伸长度为4倍、单片透过率为43%左右时,偏光膜既有较好的偏光性又有较好的单片透过率。 The AZO dye GGHC-1 was got by coimcidence reaction with p-methoxybenzenamine after reoxidation reaction by Congo red and sodium nitrite. And colorful polarizing films were obtained by exten- sion, racking and desiccation after mixed with PVAL. The results show that the degree of polarization were 90.83 % at its maximum absorption wavelengths. Compared with Congo red-PVAL, the polarizing rates of GGHC-1-PVAL was improved over 20 %, the wavelength range at degree of polarization〉40 % was improved about 45 nm. The stretching ratio and doping ratio were measured with UV spectrophotometer. The results showed that not only the better polarized property but also the better transmittance of GGHC-1-PVAL film has obtained when the stretching ratio is 4,the transmittance of one chip is about 43 %.
