摘要
介绍了汉字表示方法和显示原理,并基于单片机实现了汉字液晶显示。给出了单片机AT89C52与液晶显示器件的串行接口硬件连接图。分析了液晶显示器件串行接口的工作时序,需要传送3个字节完成显示。通过将汉字机内码送到显示器的方法实现显示并给出了汉字显示程序。对液晶显示的一些常用指令功能进行了阐述,并说明了串行接口汉字液晶显示模块应用中注意的问题。给出了测量系统中监控程序的主菜单和二级菜单显示画面。与并行接口芯片相比,基于串行接口汉字液晶显示器设计的智能设备不仅可以显示丰富的中文信息,而且体积小,硬件接线简单。
The paper describes Chinese display method and the principle of Chinese display in details. Chinese display on the LCD based on MCU is realized. The hardware connection drawing of serial interface between MCU AT89C52 and LCD is illustrated. The work schedule of LCD based on serial interface is analyzed. The display can be completed by transmitting three bytes. The display program is given out by means of transmitting Chinese code to the LCD. The common instructions of LCD are expounded. The problems that must be paid attention to in the application of LCD are illustrated. The display panel of main menu and second menu for measurement system are given out. Compared with parallel interface chip, intelligent equipment that is based on serial interface Chinese LCD can display abundant Chinese information. It has small volume and the hardware connection is simple.
