摘要
针对传统CAD技术在产品系列化设计建模、新旧产品零部件结构之间的遗传继承或特征基因复制、人类专家设计经验知识的保存利用等方面相对较弱的问题,参照生物系统进化和基因遗传编码机理,提出产品信息基元的概念,探讨基于约束规则的产品结构自组织原理和方法,并对规则的表达和产品结构自组织算法进行详细论述.
With the deficiency of traditional CAD technology in product serializing design modeling, gene inheritance or characteristic gene copy between new and old products, preserving and utilizing experience and knowledge of human master, the product information modelon is put forward by referring to biology evolution and gene inheritance coding mechanism. The principle and methods of product self-organization based on constraint rules are discussed. The regular expression and arithmetic of product self-organization are detailedly discussed.
