鹤蟾片合盖诺、顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的研究

Study of Hechanpian combined with Navelbine and Cisplation on late non-small-cell lung cancer

目的 观察鹤蟾片联合盖诺、顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期临床效果及其毒性反应。方法 治疗组应用鹤蟾片联合盖诺＋顺铂，对照组单用盖诺＋顺铂。站果治疗组有效率为40％，对照组有效率为32％，但无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。治疗组治疗后患者症状改善情况好于对照组，2组间有显著性差异（P〈O．05）。对照组的Ⅲ～Ⅳ级白细胞减少明显高于治疗组，而倦怠发生率及食欲下降发生率治疗组均明显少于时照组（P均〈0．05）。结论 鹤蟾片联合盖诺、顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌能改善症状，减轻化疗的毒性反应，提高生存质量。

Objective It is to observe the clinical effect in the near future and the toxicity of Hechanpian combined with Navelbine and Cisplation on late non-small-cell lung cancer. Methods The treatment group was treated with Heehanpian combined with Navelbine and eisplation. The control group was only treated with Navelbine and Cisplation. Results The effective rates in treatment group and control group were 40 % and 32 % respectively, but there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. The ameliorating symptom in treatment group after treatment was better than that in control group and there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree leukopenia in control group was obviously higher than that in treatment group, but the rates of lassitude and appetite descent in treatment group were both obviously fewer than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hechanpian combined with Navelbine and Cisplation can ameliorate symptom, decrease the toxic reaction of chemotherapy and raise the quality of life in treating late non-small-cell lung cancer.
