肝硬化并自发性细菌性腹膜炎82例治疗体会 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨头孢哌酮/舒巴坦与左氧氟沙星治疗肝硬化并自发性细菌性腹膜炎(SBP)的疗效及体会。方法 肝炎后肝硬化并SBP患者随机分治疗组和对照组。治疗组用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦2.0g静脉滴注,每天2次;对照组用左氧氟沙星0.3g静脉滴注,每天2次。疗程均为10~14d。评价其临床疗效。结果 头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗肝硬化并SBP总有效率76%,对照组左氧氟沙星总有效率52%,2组有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论 头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗肝硬化并SBP安全有效,疗效优于左氧氟沙星,可作为治疗肝硬化并SBP的首选药物。
