Preliminary Study on Seedling Growth and Adaptability of Cornus wilsoniana Wanger in Shanghai

摘要 光皮树的育苗和田间种植试验表明,它适应上海的生态立地条件,能正常生长发育。种子发芽需种皮去蜡和温水浸种催芽,发芽率以野外地下沙藏的方法相对较高,达到63.2%。枝条扦插试验显示,用不同的生根剂处理插条对枝条的成苗率均有明显促进作用,其中以200mg·L-1NAA液处理效果最好,其成苗率达到69.3%,比对照高40.4%,根系发育和枝叶生长也明显好于对照。实生苗种植结果表明,株高和地径生长量与气温有着密切关系,呈慢-快-慢的曲线变化规律,但温度太高和气候干旱则影响株高和地径生长。 The seedling growth and adaptability of Cornus wilsoniana Wanger were studied in the paper. The results showed that the seeds would sprout by dewaxing episperm and soaking seed to hasten germination,The rate of germination of seeds was relatively high to come up to 63.2 % with the method of underground stratify in all pretreatments. The hormone treatments could increase the rate of mature seedling of cuttings,the solution of 200 mg·L^-1 NAA had the best effect on the seedling growth of cuttings in all treatments,the rate of mature seedling( 69.3 %)of cuttings is higher than contrast( 40.4 %), and the cuttings grew many strong roots and leaves. The results of the test of planted seedling showed that the growth characteristics of plant height and ground diameter are closely bound up with the weather temperature, and growth of the tree seedling took a curve of low, high and low again in Shanghai area, but the tree seedling would grow slowly in d,y weather if the temperature gets very high.
