摘要
为探讨适合免疫电化学传感器检测克伦特罗的反应体系,本文采用单酶(葡萄糖氧化酶)体系和双酶(葡萄糖氧化酶和辣根过氧化物酶)体系进行了对比,结果在双酶反应体系下该传感器检测克伦特罗的灵敏度大约是单酶体系下的2倍,所得标准曲线对应关系良好,响应时间为200s。由此可知,双酶体系更灵敏,更适合于免疫生物传感器法检测克伦特罗。
In order to find a good reaction condition for detecting clenbuterol by the immune-electrochemical sensor, Single enzyme(glucose oxidase) and bienzyme(glucose oxidase and horseradish peroxidase) were used respectively. The results showed that the responsivity of the immune-electrochemical sensor in bienzyme condition was more sensitive than in single enzyme condition by two times or so. The standard curve of detecting clenbuterol by immune-electrochemical sensor in bienzyme condition was good, and response time was 200 seconds. But the standard curve of detecting clenbuterol in single enzyme condition was unavailable. Thereby, using bienzyme to detect clenbuterol by the immune-electrochemical sensor is more suitable.
