摘要
就如何建立经理人才市场及经理人才综合评价体系问题进行探讨,并提出对企业家进行综合评价的模糊数学模型,作为评价、奖惩、聘请或解聘经营管理人员的依据.
This paper studies the establishment of the manager market and the comprehensive evaluating system. The obscure mathematic model to evaluate manager comprehensively is proposed and regarded as the scientific basis to evaluate,reward or punish, employ or unemploy the manager.
