摘要
实验中,当利用电子束的磁聚焦测量电子荷质比时,测量计算值一般会偏小,本文通过对不同实验方式的多组实验数据的分析处理,提出了使误差最小的测量方式.
In this experiment, when making use of the magnetic focusing of the electron beam to measure electron charge mass ratio, measurement calculation value will be partial to generally small measured value. By means of the analysis of several experiments data of different experimental ways, this thesis puts forward a method to make minimum measurement error.
