摘要
本文阐述了采用PLC控制步进电机实现数控系统定位控制功能的方法,新型PLC的高速脉冲输出功能有效地避免了扫描周期的影响,完成快速移动和精确定位,提高了系统的可靠性和加工精度.
This paper describes particularly the method with which PLC controls stepping motor to accomplish orientation function in NC system. The new type of PLC is able to output high - speed pulses that can avoid PLC scan cycle impact validly and drives stepping motor to finish orientation. The dependability and machine precisione can be advanced.
