摘要 以1,5-萘二酚为原料,经氨解反应制备得到1,5-二氨基萘.探讨了氨比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量对反应的影响.结果表明:在实验条件范围内氨比增大、反应温度提高、反应时间延长、催化剂用量提高有利于产品收率提高.当氨比为1∶12,反应温度为150℃,反应时间为7 h,催化剂用量为12.5 g时,产品收率高达85.93%. 1,5-diaminonaphthlene has been synthezed by amination of 1,5-naphthalenediol. The affections of the temperature, reaction time,the ratio of ammonia to 1,5-naphthalenediol, and the amount of catalyst have been investigated. It is showed that the longer the reaction time or the greater the ratio of ammonia to 1,5-naphthalenediol or the higher the temperature or the more the amount of catalyst the higher the product yields. When the temperature is 150 ℃ ,the ratio of ammonia to 1,5-naphthalenediol is 1: 12,the reaction time is 7 h, the amount of catalyst is 12.5 g,the product yield is 85.93%.
