摘要
CS板是一种环保节能的结构构件,可用做围护结构和承载力构件.通过对埋置CS板中的膨胀螺栓进行拉拔试验和剪切试验,确定了CS板用膨胀螺栓做紧固件时抗拔与抗剪承载力的允许值,分析了混凝土面层厚度对承载力的影响.结果表明,承载力的允许值完全可以满足民用住宅的日常使用,并且混凝土面层厚度对承载力没有影响.根据极限状态下破坏特征,提出CS板内埋置膨胀螺栓的抗拔与抗剪承载力的理论计算公式,计算结果与承载力允许值吻合较好,可供工程设计参考.
Concrete sandwich (CS) panel is a kind of panel construct that has the performances of protecting environment and saving energy, and it can be used as the fender structure and resistance structure. Base on the pull-out experiment and sheafing experiment of expansion bolts in CS panel, the allowable values of pullout resistance and shearing resistance of expansion bolts can be confirmed, and the effects of the thickness of surface concrete are analyzed. The results show that the allowable values of resistance are enough for the use of civil houses, and the thickness of surface concrete has no effect on the resistances. According to the failure distinctions in ultimate states, designing equations for computing pull-out resistance and sheafing resistance of expansion bolts in CS panels are proposed, which give the results meeting well with the allowable values. These equations can be used for the structural design.
