摘要
利用PEG法、高Ca2+高pH法和PEG-高Ca2+高pH法等三种原生质体融合方法,对普通烟草K326和黄花烟草叶肉原生质体进行融合,结果表明,PEG-高Ca2+高pH法的有效融合率最高,融合效果最好.并同时对影响烟草叶肉原生质体融合的其它因素进行了研究和探讨.
Mesophyll protoplasm isolated enzymatically from K326 and N. rustica were treated with PEG, High Ca^2 + - high pH and PEG - high Ca^2 +/pH three different fusion methods. Results showed that PEG - high Ca/pH method was optimal for tobacco mesophyll protoplast fusion. Some other factors affecting fusion of tobacco mesophyU protoplasts were also studied here.
