摘要
以柴油纯化为例,对重质油水体系进行了膜聚结油水分离工艺实验研究,考察了表观流速和初始含水量与分离效率的函数关系.结果表明:表观流速和分离效率成指数衰减关系,其曲线存在2个分离区域和1个拐点;初始含水量越大,分离效率越大;在较低的表观流速下,分离效率可达85%,在较高的表观流速下,该工艺仍有一定的分离效率.
The membrane coalescing process is researched on removing water from heavy tar fuel with purification diesel oil. And the function relations between the process parameter such as initial water concentration and table view flow rate and separation efficiency are examined . The studies show that the separation efficiency reduces by exponential decay with the table view flow rate increasing, and there are two separation zones and a inflection point in the curve. And the separation efficiency increases with the initial water concentration increasing. The separation efficiency excesses 85 % in the lower table view flow rate. The process is effective in the bigger table view flow rate.
