摘要
从膜分子的角度,采用昂沙格有效电场分析外加脉冲电场作用对膜分子电势能和运动状态的影响,对脉冲电场致细胞膜电穿孔的机理做出解释.
The Onsager effective electric field was used to analyze the effects of the applied electric field on the electrical potential energy and the motion of the membrane molecules, which was a good explanation for the mechanism of electroporation caused by pulse electric field.
