摘要
通过对三十二式太极剑套路的练习者进行遥测心率,对其完成一套动作后的运动强度和运动规律进行分行.结果表明三十二式太极剑套路的运动强度和运动量,符合全民健身活动的标准;练习三十二式太极剑能增强体质,培养意志品质,使人的身心同时得到提高.
Through remote test on heart rate changing of exercisers who practise thirty - two form Taijijian, this paper gives analysis on exercise intensity and rule. The result shows that the exercise intensity and volume of thirty - two form Taijijian is suitable to the standard of national fitness activity. Practising thirty - two form Taijijian,which can improve physical health, cultivate will and power quality and make body and mind well developed.
