With the rapid development of Internet, much attention has been focused on Internet consulting service in library. By comparing the Internet information consulting service with traditional library information consulting service, the advantage and obstacle of Internet consulting service were discussed and the strategy of sowing the obstacle for internet consulting service were proposed.
