摘要
本文从图书馆以人为本管理的内涵、必要性入手,对图书馆以人为本管理举措的实施进行探讨,说明了高校图书馆以人为本的关键在于馆领导对这一重要思想的深刻理解和认真贯彻执行。同时不可偏废必要的规章制度,在健全的机制制约下,以人为本管理才能使其得到真正的落实。
The meaning and necessity of the human-oriented administration measure are discussed, and the key factors to implement the human-oriented principle are provided. The results of the study show that the leaders' thorough comprehension and fully execution as well as organizational system are essential to humanoriented administration.
