摘要 在自行设计建立的实验室振动截割试验台上,使刀具与煤样在相对振动的情况下进行截割破碎.通过改变振动频率、振动振幅、振动波形、截割对象、截割截距以及振动与截割的相对方向、截割与层理的相对方向来研究各参数对实际主截割力及单位能耗的影响.结果表明,振动截煤方法可使主截割力及截割单位能耗在一定的振动波形及截割对象情况下有较明显的下降. Cutting tests were made on a self-made test rig in the laboratory,when cutting tool was vibrating relatively to the coal sample.The influence of parameters on main cutting force and unit energy consumption was investigated by changing the vibration frequencies,vibration amplitude,vibration wave form,cutting object,cutting pitch,relative direction between vibration and cutting,relative direction between cutting and beddings.The test data show that the vibration cutting method can reduce significantly the main cutting force and unit energy consumption at given vibration wave form and cutting object.
