摘要
介绍了铝制汽车的不同车身结构,推荐采用“统一结构”,多用铝板带。同时,推荐用连铸连轧工艺来降低铝板带的成本,从而降低汽车用铝材的高成本。建议各政府部门会同各有关方面关注汽车用铝的加工工艺和成本问题。
Two different body structures of aluminum made autos axe introduced. The unibody structure preferred calls for the popularization of CC process (Hazelett process). It is pointed out that only this process can help break through the bottle neck of high cost of aluminum materials for automotive industry. It is recommended that relevant government authorities and social sectors of the society should be concerned with this issue and find a good solution.
