摘要
提出能够解决液压支架初撑力不足、不均问题和解除大流量与高压力相互制约关系的自动增压初撑系统.应用功率键合图及计算机辅助测试技术研究了自动增压初撑系统的动态特性.结论认为,自动增压初撑系统的应用不仅能够解决液压支架的初撑问题,而且为提高支护速度和支架液压系统的可靠性和传动效率创造了必要条件.
A system for boosting automatically the setting pressure is proposed in this paper in order to solve the problem of insufficient and inhomogeneous setting force of powered support and to solve the constraint relation between high flow and high pressure.The dynamic characteristics of the system is studied by power bond diagram and computer aided testing technique.The conclusion drawn is that the system can not only solve the problem of insufficient setting force but also can create necessary conditions for improving the speed, reliability and driving efficiency of the support.
