摘要
通过对煤流中煤块的静力分析和运动分析,揭示了指数曲线型采煤机滚筒的装载过程比传统的圆柱型滚筒的显著优越性,对提高块煤率和降低粉尘率产生了有利影响,在理论分析的基础上,研制了设计指数曲线型滚筒的计算机应用软件,为推广应用这种新型的采煤机滚筒做了大量的开拓性工作.
The static and kinematic analysis of lump coal flow in drum brings to light the superiority of the exponential cutting drum over the ordinary cylindric cutting drum.It increases the percentage of lump coal and decreases percentage of fine coal.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the software for design of exponential cutting drum is developed.A lot of work for spreading this special shaped cutting drum of the shearer has been done.
