雷达机柜内金属线路板防护工艺改进

摘要 采用四氯化碳为有机溶剂代替酒精,清洗掉了雷达机柜内金属线路板表面铬金属膜上的甲基硅油保护液,使三防漆能够均匀地涂敷在金属线路板表面,可以充分发挥三防漆对雷达机柜内电子装备的防护作用。从实用性和化学热力学的角度分析了选择四氯化碳作为甲基硅油清洗剂的原因。 This paper introduces a modification in the technique for purging the methyl silicone oil on the metal circuit board in radar cabinet. By using carbon tetrachloride solvent instead of ethanol, the methyl silicone oil as a protecting medium for chemically coated chromium membrane was fully removed from the surface of metal circuit board. As a result, the NBC paint can be evenly coated on the surface of the metal circuit board. This modification in purging technique is beneficial for sufficiently realizing the protecting function of the NBC paint for the safety and reliability of electronic equipments in radar cabinet. The reason of using carbon tetrachloride as solvent was explained from the viewpoint of both practicability and chemical thermodynamics.
