摘要
考虑到原煤粒度分布较宽的特点,在5个典型水采矿井的5000多组实测数据基础上,通过因次分析和回归方法,得出宽粒度分布煤浆管道输送参数摩擦阻力损失和临界流速的计算公式.该公式采用复合流动的数学模型,并引进粒度分布不均匀指数,其标准偏差仅为5%左右;以两个应用实例。
In view of the fact that raw coal in question is wide in size range, an equation for calculating the friction loss and critical velocity of this kind of coal slurry has been proposed by using dimensional and regression analysis methods based on over 5000 groups of data actually observed at five typical hydro mines. The equation is based on mathematical model of composite flow, and a non uniform size distribution index is introduced. The equation is high in accuracy with a standard deviation of only 5 percent or so. The effectiveness of the equation is well demonstrated by two typical application cases.
