Tentative Study on Base for Accumulating Renewal Funds of Rural Drinking-water Project

针对山西省临汾市农村人畜饮水现状和更新基地划拨情况,阐述了发展更新基地的必要性,提出了更新基地的划拨和管理办法以及取得的成效。

Aiming at the present situation of rural drinking-water and the circumstance to assign base for accumulating renewal funds of rural drinking-water project in Linfen City of Shanxi Province, this paper explains the necessity to develop these bases, puts forward the methods to assign and to manage the base and introduces the obtained effects.
