摘要
研究了原子配比为1:2的Nb、Cr混合粉末的机械合金化过程,用X射线衍射分析了球磨粉末的物相组成。结果表明,球磨过程粉末的变化为先形成Nb(Cr)的过饱和固溶体,然后逐步形成非晶,进一步球磨,发生非晶的晶化。利用Miedema半经验模型理论,计算了合金呈有序金属间化合物、固溶体和非晶态的形成自由能,热力学计算结果与试验结果吻合。
Mechanical alloying process of mixed Nb-Cr( 1 : 2) powders was studied, and the phases of milling powders were analyzed by XRD. It has been found that the powders form solid solution first, then amorphous phase appears gradually and crystallization of amorphous takes place with the increase of milling time. Using Miedema semi-empirical model the free energies of the ordered Laves-phase NbCr2 intermetallics, solid solution and amorphous alloy were calculated. The calculated results are in accordance with the experiments.
