摘要
文章着重对20钢与H08Mn2Si进行对比,发现前者在初始强度水平上劣于后者,但在拉拔过程中的强度增加率是相似的。由此提出通过提高20钢初始强度水平的方法来重新估价20钢。对所用数据进行了处理与讨论,总结出了20钢的最佳热处理工艺,以进行双相钢丝的生产。
This paper puts special emphasis on the comparison between 20 steel and H08Mn2Si steel, and finds that the initial strength of 20 steel is lower than the strength of H08Mn2Si steel, but both steels have the similar ratio of strength increase to its initial strength during cold drawing. Therefore, the writer proposes that 20 steel needs to be reevaluated by promoting its initial strength level. In the end, the writer selects the optimal heat treatment technics of 20 dualphase steel in order to produce it commercially.
