Study on synthesis of ethyl lactate from D, L-lactide

摘要 研究了D,L-丙交酯在浓硫酸催化作用下,与乙醇进行酯交换反应合成乳酸乙酯。对所合成的产品进行了红外光谱,气相色谱-质谱分析,并确定了最佳反应条件。研究结果表明,在最佳反应条件下,乳酸乙酯产率达78.6%,产品纯度为100%。合成过程中没有水生成,无需水分离过程,简化了合成工艺。 Ethyl lactate was synthesized by transesterification of D, L - lactide with ethanol utilizing concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst. The products were analyzed by infrared spectrometry and gas chromatography -mass spectrometry. The optimum conditions of the reaction were confirmed. The results showed that the yield of ethyl lactate reached 78.6% under the optimum conditions; the purity of the products was up to 100%. The synthetic route was simplified due to no water- separation process.
