摘要
用膜电解的方法分解硫酸钠,试验进行了电解硫酸钠的阴极、阳极材料选择,研究了硫酸钠浓度和氢氧化钠浓度对电解的影响,测定了电解硫酸钠的槽电压组成,找到较好的电解条件.在[Na2SO4]=1.5 mol/L,[NaOH]=0.5 mol/L,铅合金阳极、镍阴极的条件下,膜电解硫酸钠的分解电压为3.4 V.
By means of membrane -electro -decomposition of sodium sulphate, the tests on selecting electrode materials are made. The effects of concentrations of sodium sulphate and sodium hydroxide on electro decomposition are studied. The voltage in membrane - electrodialysis of sodium sulphate solution is tested and the better electrodialysis conditions are found. The voltage of sodium sulphate with membrane electro dialysis is 3.4 V on condition of[ Na2SO4 ] = 1.5 moL/L, [NaOH] =0. 5 moL/L,lead as anode and nickel as cathode 3.4 V.
