摘要 随着科学技术的不断发展,锌锡合金的应用领域也再扩展.于是在国内外很多地区和企业也累积了不少的废弃锌锡合金零部件和边角废料.所以回收这些合金,使之再生利用就引起了人们的关注.论文主要论述锌锡合金通过改造后的卧式真空炉蒸馏后,使锡得以富集5倍以上残镏在炉膛内,从炉膛放料口放出.而使锌被充分蒸馏挥发通过冷凝室回收产出2#锌.使两种金属在不加任何熔剂的情况下利用金属特有的物理性质得到较彻底的分离和富集.使金属得以再生和广泛的利用. With the development of science and technology, applications of Zn - Sn alloys are enlarging. It leads to produce a large amount of Zn - Sn alloy scraps, so the wastes need to be collected and recycled. In this paper, separation of zin and enrichment of tin simultaneously in improved horizontal vacuum furnace are researched due to special physical properties of zinc and tin undeer vacuum respectively. The experiments show metal tin could be enriched to five times in the vacuum treatment chamber and molten tin taps automatically, and molten zinc distillated in condenser is grade 2^#. Therefore metals can be recycled and used widely.
