Study on Flue Gas Desufurization by Urea Solution

摘要 研究了填料、液气比、烟气温度、吸收液pH值、烟气停留时间、烟气SO2浓度等对尿素湿法烟气脱硫效率的影响.实验结果表明烟气温度在60~100℃,吸收液pH值在8左右。停留时间约为2s,液气比为3时的烟气脱硫综合效果最佳. Factors of packing kinds, liquid and gas ratio, flue gas temperature, urea solution pH value, remained time and SO2 concentration of flue gas which have effects on flue gas desulfurization (FGD) by urea solution are studied. Results show that the optimal conditions for FGD by urea solution are that flue gas temperature is 60 ~ 100 ℃, urea solution pH value is about 8, remained time in packing column is 2 s and liquid and gas ratio is 3.
