摘要
为进一步提高培训需求评价的准确性,以及培训需求评价内容与培训绩效的关联度,在回顾现有培训需求评价理论的基础上,结合新出现的胜任特征理论,详细论述了基于职务胜任特征的培训需求评价理论,并就其应用进行了探讨.
This paper focuses on improving the accuracy of training demand assessment and the correlation between the assessment of training demand and the achievement by training. On the base of reviewing the existing theories and introducing a new theory on competency, the assessment theory on the training demand based on competency is described in detail, and the application of the assessment theory is discussed.
