摘要
针对某电厂3号锅炉奥氏体不锈钢过热器管漏泄情况,采用宏观、金相、元素分析、电子探针等试验方法对其漏泄原因进行了分析,指出过热器管漏泄是由于管材发生了沿晶应力腐蚀,并就如何防止类似事故的发生提出了建议。
No. 3 superheated tube of austenitic stainless steel in boiler of a power plant was leaking. This paper analysed the leakage reason by macroscopic,metallographic, elemental and electronneedle etc. test, and pointed out that the super heater leaking because of tube stress corrosion happen along limit of crystal, and proposed how to prevent analogous failure.
