摘要
介绍了变频调速技术的主要原理、汽轮机最佳真空的计算方法。以某电厂350MW机组循环水系统为例,对采用2种不同的变频调速方案后的节能收益进行计算。说明在电厂循环水系统中应用变频调速技术具有较大的节能潜力。
This paper introduced the principle of frequency converter speed regulation technique and the algorithm of profit and loss for the optimum vacuum of steam turbine with frequency converter. Take a circulating cooling water system of the 350MW unit as an example, this paper calculates the benefits of energy conservation and finds the great potential on energy saving of frequency converter speed regulation technique.
