摘要
以61个小麦品种为材料,利用方差分析探讨了3个高分子量麦谷蛋白基因座和2个低分子量麦谷蛋白基因座对14个小麦主要品质性状的影响.研究结果显示:同一基因座可以影响多个品质性状;不同基因座对不同品质性状的影响是不同的;影响的大小也存在差异.特别应该强调的是,有些品质性状同时受到两个基因座的影响,有时基因座间互作的影响大于单个基因座效应的影响.本研究结果说明,小麦品质性状的改良是非常复杂的,对不同品质性状的改良应采用不同的育种策略.
Relationships have been analyzed between 5 Loci of quality traits using 61 common wheat varieties .The results same locus, different locus affects different quality trait high and low molecular weight glutenin and 14 wheat main showed that more than with different degree. one quality trait can be affected by the The most important discovery of this research is that some quality traits are affected by two loci at the same time and sometimes gene interaction is more effective than one locus. This research results also showed that wheat quality trait improvement is very complex. A different strategy may be used in different quality trait breeding.
