2003～2005年催眠药物用药分析

Analysis of Use of Hypnotics in Psychiatric Hospital from 2003 to 2005

目的:了解催眠药物的使用情况及变化趋势。方法:根据WHO推荐的限定日剂量,以用药频度(DDDs)、日用金额等为指标统计、分析我院催眠药物的应用情况。结果:镇静催眠药的年度金额逐年增长,苯二氮卓类药物仍占主要市场,年度药物DDDs总数的比例有下降趋势。非苯二氮卓类药物的日用金额一般都高于苯二氮卓类药物。结论:苯二氮卓类药物仍是精神科改善失眠症状的主导药,而非苯二氮卓类也逐渐被临床所接受。

Objective： To analysis the situation of hypnotics used in psychiatric hospital. Methods： According to the defined daily dose（ DDD） recommended by WHO, the daily drug cost and DDDs were analyzed. Results： The drug cost was increasing year by year, while the percentage of benzodiazepine（ BZ）hypnotics DDDs was decreasing. The daily drag cost of non-BZ hypnotics was higher than that of BZ hypnotics. Conclusion： BZ hypnotics still play an important role, but non-BZ hypnotics are gradually accepted by doctors.
