摘要
广西电网电源结构不甚合理,已建水电站调节能力差,火电机组调峰能力不足,电网峰谷差越来越大,迫切需要大量调峰容量。建设抽水蓄能电站是解决电网调峰、调频,减少弃水调峰电量损失的最佳措施。
Guangxi network's electricity sources structure is not very reasonable. The built hydropower stations have not regulation capacity enough, and the thermal power generating sets have not enough peak load regulation capacity. The network's peak-to-valley defference is getting bigger and bigger. Large amounts of capacity of peak load regulation electricity are urgent needs. The construction of the pumped storage hydroplant is the optimum measurement to solve the problems such as network's peak load regulation and frequency regulation. It is able to reduce abandoned water and peak load regulation electricity loss. It is also the need of the network safe and economical operation.
