摘要
目的探讨大鼠脑缺血再灌注后转移生长因子β1(TGF-β1)在脑组织中的表达。方法采用线栓法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,通过免疫组化法检测TGF-β1的表达。结果TGF-β1在缺血再灌注3h开始表达,24h达高峰,持续至72h,72h后逐渐减弱。结论脑缺血后神经元的损伤修复与TGF-β1的表达密切相关,提示TGF-β1参与了神经元损伤的修复过程。
Objective To study the expression of transforming growth factor -beta 1 ( TGF -β1) at different time points of reperfusion after middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) of rat brain. Methods The ischemia- reperfusion models of rat brain were made by immunohistoehemical technology. The expression of TGF-β1 in rat brain was observed. Rusuits The expression of TGF-β1 increased at 3 h of reperfusion reached its peak at 24 h and still elevated at 72 h, than decreased after 72 h. Conclusions The injury, and repair of nervous cells after cerebral isehemia have correspondences with the expression of TGF-β1, so that TGF-β1 participated in the process of repairment of the injuried nervous cells.
