颅骨缺损修补术并发症的探析

Analysis of complications of skull coloboma prothesis

目的通过分析颅骨修补术后发生并发症的可能原因,提出防治措施。方法对自1998年9月～2005年8月收治了颅骨缺损的病人134例,修补术后发生并发症的40例,随访1个月～6年。结果发生并发症的40例:皮下积液32例,癫疒间发作4例,继发脑出血1例.植片下陷2例,材料外露1例。经积极处理后痊愈出院。结论应严格掌握手术指征及时机。术野应严格消毒,术中按操作规程进行。修补时皮瓣牵拉不能过大,悬吊硬膜及缝扎时应避免损伤血管,术后预防癫疒发作,术区皮下充分引流。

Objective To analyse the possible reasons and suggested some measurement of prevention and cure the complications after skull prosthesis. Methods From 1998 to 2005, 134 cases of skull prosthesis have been done, and 40 cases took place complications. Rusults 32 cases had subcutaneous hoard -fluids,4 cases had epileptic attack,4 cases had secondary apoplexy in head, 2 cases had trapped removed -bond piece. All cases had fully recovered via rescue . Conclusions Strictly grasping the conditions and occasions of operation,strictly treating the sterilization of operative field, operating according to the disciplines, not to pulling greatly the skin petal and damage vessel when singed duramater and transfixion, preventing epileptic attack and the subcutaneous flow well are our suggestions for prevention and care the complications after skull prosthesis.
