文章通过对相关文献的查阅、回顾,总结了国内外流行和尚在开发阶段的各种性别平等指标,对其进行简短评论。并结合性别和发展理论对性别平等指标体系的构建提出一些建议,以期对中国社会性别平等指标体系的建立和完善有所裨益。

The authors make a review of various popular international and national gender equality indices that currently exist or under development, and short comments are given on them. Some suggestions are also made, based on gender and development theories, to these indices in hope of some reference to the establishment and improvement of China＇s gender equality index.
