大分规简易颅内血肿立体定位法

A easily solid orientation method using compasses to search encephalic hematoma

目的寻找一种简便、快捷、准确、经济、易掌握的颅内血肿立体定位方法。方法利用大分规两臂张开时的跨度可容纳球形物体的凸面,从而对头颅CT片上各靶点、线间距离进行测量,并投射至患者的头颅上进行穿刺定位。结果对78例脑出血患者的颅内血肿进行立体定向穿刺,术后复查CT,均快速、准确地到达了靶点,准确率100%。结论利用大分规的简易颅内血肿立体定位法进行穿刺,操作简便、快捷、准确、经济、易掌握,尤其适用于床边急诊手术定位。

Objective To explore an easy,economic and easily learnt method to locate the encephalic hematoma. Methods Three dots was measure in the CT films by using compasses and cast to the patient head to locate the puncturable points. Results Location and of intraceretral hematima were performed by using solid orientation of eampasse in 78 intraeerebral hemorrhage patients. The accurate rate was 100% by CT scanning after operation. Conclusion The method of using compasses to locate the eneephalie hematoma is an easy,quick, and economic access,especially for the emergent operation.
