我国是《京都议定书》的缔约国,它的生效将对我国社会经济的发展产生巨大的影响。依据我国的具体情况,影响主要存在于能源电力、林业发展、化学工业和可持续发展方面。而且在每一个方面的影响又是机遇与挑战并存,积极作用与消极作用同在。
China is an ally of the Kyoto Protocol. Its effectiveness will make a huge impact on our eco- nomic development. According to China＇s specific condition, the impact mainly lies in energy sources, electric power,forestry,chemical industry and sustainable development. In every aspect, opportunities and challenges coexist while positive effects and negative effects coexist.
