湖北省高校高水平运动队建设现状及对策研究

Research into status quo and countermeasures of construction of high level sports teams in Hubei province

分析了湖北省高校高水平运动队管理体制中的外部领导结构和内部管理体系。从办队形式、生源途径、经费来源和师资情况等方面研究了高水平运动队的队伍建设,提出了目标设置的局限性、招生职能有待协调、筹资渠道急需拓展、缺乏教学与训练效果评估体系等队伍建设问题,并寻求相应的对策与建议。

In this paper, external leadership structure and internal management system of high level sports team management in Hubei province is analyzed. Constructions of the teams were studied from the forms of the teams, student source, source of funds and teachers. Meanwhile, less limitation in setting the goals, more coordination in recruiting the students, more raising of the funds, better teaching and training evaluation system were countermeasures in solving problems of constructing the teams.
