Strengthening Governance Capacity Building for Leading Cadres,Improving Public Security Education Quality

公安院校各级领导干部要坚持以科学发展观为指导,牢固树立科学的决策观和正确的权力观、政绩观与荣辱观,在加强政治理论学习、法律法规学习和业务知识学习的基础上,结合公安教育改革与发展实际,加深对公安机关面临的新形势的研究,加深对公安教育面临的新任务的研究,加深对人才培养面临的新课题的研究,努力在认识上求深化、在理解上求深入、在落实上求突破,切实提高公安教育质量,为公安队伍建设提供人才保障,为公安工作提供智力支撑。

The leading cadres at different levels in public security academies should hold scientific development theory to acquire firmly scientific strategy concept and proper power concept, official achievement concept and glory and dishonor concept. On the basis of enhancement the studies on political theory, law and regulation, as well as professional knowledge, combining public security education reform with development practice, the leading cadres should further study on the following fields： new situation the public security organs are facing now ; new education assignment ; new talents training project, in order that they can have a further understanding on such areas, therefore they can try to break through on implements, improving public security education quality, further guarantee the personnel support for public security team building and intelligence support for public security affairs.
