云南省禁毒工作现状分析

An Analysis to Narcotics-Control Present Situation of Yunnan

云南省位于中国西南边陲,与越南、老挝、缅甸三个国家陆地接壤,毗邻世界毒源地之一“金三角”。特殊的地理位置和边缘,使云南省成为最大的毒品受害地和进行禁毒斗争的最前线。目前主要做好:1.遏制毒品来源;2.推进禁吸戒毒和“无毒社区”创建;3.遏制新吸毒人员滋生等。

Yunnan province lies in the south -west of China, bordering with Vietnam, Laos and Myanmar, being in close vicinity of one world drug origin centers ＂ Golden Triangle＂. Due to the unique geographic situation, Yunnan province becomes the key drug victim place, the front area to carry out narcotics control activities. At the present, we have to solve the key issues： 1. Con- trol the narcotics resources ; 2. Improving the work on narcotics abuse control and treatment, establishing ＂Drug -free＂ community as well; 3. Control the rise of new narcotics addicts, etc.
