摘要
农民工群体日益受到社会各界的关注与重视。我国农民工群体的产生是经济与社会双重因素造成的,目前我国法律法规及相关政策虽在一定程度上保障了该群体的权益,但仍然存在不少问题与不足。现阶段对如何进一步保护农民工群体权益提出法律建议:构建立体化多层次的法律保护体系,并有针对性地制定倾斜保护政策;加强农民工群体与政府部门的互动,建立沟通渠道,使他们的利益要求能通过制度化的渠道来表达;建立农民工社会保障体系,将其权利保障纳入法制化轨道;探求切实可行的保护途径与方法。
Rural workers＇ interests are attracting more attention. At present, there are still some defects in the Chinese law and regulations. We should have a multi - level protection means and set our policy inclined to rural workers; Strengthen the interaction between rural workers and government, opening a channel for them to communicate with government systematically; Set up a social security system with the help our law; Explore more practical means to protect their rights.
