摘要
随着时代的发展和教育改革的不断深入,中小学校长的培训方式也在发生着深刻的变化,个性化培训是我国一些地区顺应这一变化而张开的一种新型校长培训模式,它有利于中小学校长完善自身的专业知识;提高自身的问题意识;显现自身的特色管理;培养自身的反思能力;发觉自身的潜在优势,是中小学校长成长的有效途径。
Schoolmasters training methods has taken great change with the development of our edu- cational reform. Individualized training is a new way adopted by some provinces. This new training model is conducive to the improvement of our schoolmasters in their major, and it can raise their awareness in inquisition, exhibit themselves in administration, foster their ability in reflection, and dig out their own potential
