摘要
船舶工业科技成果转化项目具有高风险、高收益、高增长潜力的特点。本文从船舶工业科技成果转化项目的特点入手,通过对成果转化项目的剖析,建立起一套综合评价指标体系,并应用模糊数学模型对船舶工业科技成果转化项目的转化效果进行了评价。
The transformation project of high-tech result of shipping industry has the characters of high risk, high income and high growth potential. This text starts with the analysis of the characters of the transformation project of shipping industry of our country, set up a set of comprehensive index system and apply the fuzzy mathematic model to appraising the achievement of the transformation of the scientific and technical result.
